What currency are the prices quoted in?
All prices are quoted in USD. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank may apply a currency conversion.
How much is shipping?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped from our domestic and international fulfillment centers. We work with multiple warehouses to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping email containing your tracking number.

What is your refund policy?
In accordance with our buyer protection and refund policy, we will issue a replacement or refund if your item is not delivered or arrives damaged.
How do I track my items with my country’s courier?
We provide international and last-mile tracking numbers. Once your package arrives in your country, you can track it through your local postal service such as USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, or Australia Post.

We ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Australia, most of Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
Do I have to pay customs or VAT?
For most destinations, there are no additional charges. EU VAT is handled through our logistics partners when applicable. In rare cases, local customs may request a small fee, which is outside our control.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some items ship from different warehouses so that we can deliver them faster. This means you may receive multiple packages at no extra cost.
