Item came well packaged and in good quality, the actual bottle is completely plastic and comes with a brush that is similar in size to a small nail polish brush. I’ve had no reaction to the eye shadow but the glitter is quite hard to remove and can be rough on the skin. However, it’s very very pretty, pigmented and is as shown in the picture!
