Fast delivery in a good package, item has good quality and still it’s cheap.
The central part with lace is elastic and stretches so this will fit everyone.
The only thing I don’t like, but someone else could like it, it the bell doesn’t make a high pitch clink.
You have to move a lot for hearing a dull rattling. 🙁
