The box was a little dented, but that’s to be expected. The lamp itself is unharmed. Instead of slapping the lamp, I find that picking it up by the leaf and plopping it down is easier to change the light. I like being able to charge it while the light is still on. I wish the USB cable was longer, though. The timer feature is useful so that I don’t waste power. I did not communicate with the seller.
